RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR (QSR) – DOHA, QATAR Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our busy Broasted Chicken outlet in Doha! SALARY & BENEFITS: Monthly Salary: QAR 2,800 Accommodation: Provided by the company Duty Meals: Provided during working hours Location: Doha, Qatar KEY RESPOSABILITIESS: Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing and ensure 100% cleanliness Team Leadership: Schedule and train staff on broasting equipment and SOPs. Quality Control: Monitor marination, breading, and oil temperatures strictly. Stock Management: Conduct daily inventory of chicken, oil, and packaging. Customer Service: Ensure fast "Speed of Service" and handle guest feedback. Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Qatar Municipality & HACCP standards. Delivery Coordination: Manage orders via Talabat, Snoonu, and Rafeeq. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 2–5 years in a QSR environment (KFC, Popeyes, or similar Broasted brands preferred). Skills: Strong leadership, ability to handle "rush hour" pressure, and basic Excel/POS knowledge. Languages: Fluent English is a must. Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a big plus. Stamina: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.
